This hotel is in a great location, being near shops, restaurants, and the U Sentral Mall. It's convenient for those who want to explore the area or have a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you need, including a hair dryer, mini fridge, and water heater. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is comfortable. The views from some of the rooms are also a nice touch.

The only minor improvement would be to have table tops in the rooms to place personal toiletries.

Spent Christmas here with family and loved it! Our room had all the amenities we needed, including TV and power sockets. the location was perfect for us to explore the nearby mall and the variety of local restaurants.

The lack of soundproofing - it was quite noisy at times due to the outside traffic. the room was a bit on the smaller side, which made it a bit difficult to move around.

The room had clean sheets and towels, and the TV had a lot of channels to choose from. , the free Wi-Fi connection worked properly and fast. The location was convenient for me because it was close to the place I had to work at.

The noise from outside and the hallway could be heard clearly inside the room. The soundproofing was bad, and it made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Pleasant & accommodating, ample room space. improvements needed on soundproofing and wash basin tap height. Complimentary mineral water would be great. Good value for money, great place in Segamat. Basic room, no in-house restaurant, but reasonable Starbucks voucher offered. Good bargain, friendly staff. Very good location near U Sentral Mall and eateries. Room was adequate and comfy.
